Here we would like to introduce Business Psychology IATELS which was established based on the competences and expertise of IATELS team in the fields of psychology and business management.

The unit received a name “Business Psychology” though the scope of its coverage is not only business psychology in the academic sense of this term but all other topics and areas which are related to applied psychology and business management.

Accumulating skills and competences since 2020 through the meetings of APBM International Conference of Applied Psychology and Business Management, the Association developed a multidimensional foundation for conducting research and providing consultancy services in the domains of organisational psychology, business development, educational psychology, social psychology, leadership and management, social skills training, behavioral studies and so on.

Nowadays Business Psychology IATELS can be introduced as an establishment for training, education, research and consultancy in the fields of psychology and business management.


The unity comprises individual researchers, trainers, consultants, psychologists as well as organisations and institutions working in the fields related to psychology and business development.


Though the name of the unit is Business Psychology, we develop trainings and courses, provide consulting services in a number of psychological branches including educational psychology, behavioral studies, social skills, communication, family psychology, child psychology, psychology of genders and relations, social psychology and so on.
