Our Leadership Philosophy
The IATELS leadership operates under three governing principles:
-
Academic Integrity: Ensuring that every certification and publication meets the highest standards of international peer review.
-
Multidisciplinary Synergy: Fostering a leadership culture where a technologist from Australia can collaborate seamlessly with a linguist from Türkiye or a psychologist from Taiwan.
-
Future-Readiness: Our board actively aligns IATELS strategies with the global policy trajectories of the EU (Erasmus+ / Horizon Europe), UNESCO, and the World Bank, ensuring our members are prepared for the 2030 labor market.

Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret, IATELS Committee Chair:
“IATELS was founded on the belief that education, technology, and languages are the essential pillars for a thriving international society, and our mission is to provide the platform where these disciplines converge to empower professionals. By bridging the gap between high-level academic research and real-world industrial application, we ensure that every member can transform their expertise into a globally recognized career path.
We are more than an association; we are a borderless community dedicated to inclusivity and excellence, helping individuals navigate the complexities of the digital era with certified confidence.”

Prof. Dr. Piet Kommers, IATELS Committee Board:
“IATELS represents a vital evolution in how we approach learning, moving beyond traditional boundaries to create a truly multidisciplinary space where technology and human pedagogy harmonize. By fostering a community that prioritizes the ‘Human Factor’ alongside digital innovation, we empower educators and professionals to master the tools of the future without losing sight of social connectivity.
It is a privilege to support an organization that so effectively bridges the gap between scientific research and the practical needs of a rapidly changing global society.”

Prof. Dr. Nadia Anwar, IATELS Committee Board:
“At IATELS, we understand that language is not just a tool for communication, but a bridge that connects diverse cultures and enables professional mobility on a global scale. Our commitment to linguistic intelligence and cultural translation ensures that our members are equipped to lead and collaborate effectively in an increasingly interconnected world.
By merging scholarly research with practical certification, we provide the essential framework for professionals to turn their communication skills into a powerful international asset.”

Dr. Tomayess Issa, IATELS Committee Board:
“At IATELS, we emphasize that the future of business and technology must be built on the foundations of sustainability and ethical leadership. Our platform provides a unique global nexus where researchers and practitioners can collaborate to ensure that digital transformation remains inclusive and human-centric.
By developing these critical competencies, we empower the next generation of leaders to drive meaningful progress in their organizations and beyond.”

Khalid Mahmood, IATELS Committee Board:
“At IATELS, we recognize that the true strength of any educational framework lies in its ability to adapt to the shifting demands of the global labor market. Our mission is to transform academic potential into professional excellence by providing a platform where knowledge is not just acquired, but validated through international certification.
By fostering a community of collaboration across borders, we are empowering the workforce of tomorrow to lead with both technical proficiency and strategic vision.”

Dr. Joseph Anthony Narciso Z. Tiangco, IATELS Committee Board:
“At IATELS, we bridge the gap between rigorous academic inquiry and the compassionate application of knowledge, ensuring that our educational frameworks serve both professional excellence and social responsibility.
By integrating psychological insights with technological advancement, we empower educators and leaders to foster inclusive environments where every learner—regardless of their background or ability—can thrive. My mission is to cultivate a global community that values the human spirit as much as technical mastery, transforming the way we teach, lead, and serve in an interconnected world.”
