The IATELS Committee & Board

Our leadership structure is designed to reflect the multidisciplinary nature of our work. Led by our Committee Chair, the board coordinates our global strategies in Education, Technology, and Language Studies.

Chair of the Committee

• Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret (Türkiye/Ukraine): As the Committee Chair of IATELS and Board Chair of STARTINFORUM, Prof. Dr. Sekret is the primary architect of the association’s policies and international development. With extensive experience in educational psychology and multicultural training, she bridges the gap between academic theory and industrial practice.

Global Board & Academic Committee Members

Our board members are deans, professors, and specialists from world-class institutions, ensuring that IATELS remains at the cutting edge of global trends:

• Prof. Dr. Piet Kommers (Netherlands): A UNESCO Professor of Learning Technologies and a pioneering researcher in educational ICT.

• Prof. Dr. Anuradha Parasar (India): Dean at Galgotias University, coordinating strategic liberal arts initiatives and international collaborative programs.

• Prof. Dr. Nadia Anwar (Pakistan): Dean of the School of Liberal Arts (UMT), leading our international publication plans and language study frameworks.

• Dr. Tomayess Issa (Australia): A senior academic at Curtin University, focusing on the intersection of business management and sustainable technology.

• Prof. Dr. İlknur İstifçi (Türkiye): An expert in English Language Teaching (ELT) and ICT integration from Anadolu University.

• Dr. Javier Zavala-Rayas (Mexico): Specializing in social psychology and migration, providing critical insights into the societal impact of education.

• Dr. Joseph Anthony Narciso Z. Tiangco (Taiwan): Focusing on organizational development and leadership psychology within the IATELS framework.

IATELS Leadership  is a collaborative assembly of internationally recognized academicians, researchers, and industrial consultants.

Together, they steer the Association toward its vision of global knowledge sharing and certified excellence.

Our Leadership Philosophy

The IATELS leadership operates under three governing principles:

1. Academic Integrity: Ensuring that every certification and publication meets the highest standards of international peer review.

2. Multidisciplinary Synergy: Fostering a leadership culture where a technologist from Australia can collaborate seamlessly with a linguist from Türkiye or a psychologist from Taiwan.

3. Future-Readiness: Our board actively aligns IATELS strategies with the global policy trajectories of the EU (Erasmus+ / Horizon Europe), UNESCO, and the World Bank, ensuring our members are prepared for the 2030 labor market.
