In any case, a notification about cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email at english.iatels@gmail.com
In case the student cannot attend the course due to the events beyond their control (Force Majeure), the fee can be transferred to another available program.
If the cost of the course changes in comparison to the price when the fee was paid, the student is supposed to pay extra to cover the full cost of the course they are going to attend.
