Our honour and a feeling of belonging to the global endeavours on supporting peaceful initiatives, collaboration and cooperation at the international level, providing equal opportunities for education, development, innovation are motivation for drawing international community’s attention to this date, 24 of October, United Nations Day.
Presently, the matter of peace, importance of education and development are at the top of vital needs for the global community.
And this need has never been so vital as it is nowadays.
The globe is being torn by wars, open armed conflicts, bursts of aggression between nations because of their historical past, religious views, languages, political and economical issues.
On the one hand, we can observe a rapid development of science and technology, a boom in establishing educational and research centres, significant advances in medicine, enhancements in the global life style, and on the other hand, we are witnessing war conflicts, a rage of aggression which victimise whole nations and put a value of a human’s life at the level of nothing.
The war conflicts, absolutely unbalanced distribution of the global resources, escalating religious and national intolerance, global warming crisis, displacement, insecurity at all levels are a part of our reality nowadays.
Under all these conditions, what kind of generation are we bringing up? What kind of the world are they going to live in tomorrow? Can we feel safe about the future of our children and other upcoming generations?
Unfortunately, the answers to these questions are rather gloomy than certain and positive.
With all these worries and strivings to contribute to the reinforcement of the international dialogue and respect to a human being, with aims of creating more opportunities for collaboration, international cooperation, co-creation and mutual understanding, IATELS Association works to establish more points for bringing worlds and nations together.
IATELS works with a belief that all experiences are equally important to be voiced, heard and respected.
We believe that a truly qualitative education is a key to saving this planet and giving a better future for our children.
We are sure that all nations, languages, religions, traditions and cultures are equally precious and beautiful.
They create a colourful mosaic of this world and are the source for more harmonic development and better creations in the future.
We believe that each child has a right to have all opportunities for education, development, healthy and sustainable environment for developing their talents and growing into knowledgable and confident grown-ups with open minds, able to contribute to the further development of their communities with knowledge, skills and good wills.
IATELS work with educational institutions, researchers, educators, students, business organisations from all over the world, and we are happy to see that under our umbrella more and more successful international projects are being established.
It’s our pleasure to bring to the consciousness of the community, that we can become stronger, more productive and creative when we are working internationally, bringing to the one point a variety of visions, experiences and beliefs.
In this dialogue and cooperation, new ideas are being developed and realised.
New collaborative frameworks are evolving and adding to the professional development of their partners, increasing their cultural awareness, international tolerance, openness to the diversities and differences.
We believe that this is the way of developing new scenarios of international and intercultural communication, that is on the basis of the mutual respect, dialogue and education.
